- Knife (2017.108.23.29a) with a leather sheath (2017.108.23.29b).
- 2017.108.23.29a: A knife with a thin metal blade and a thick, dark, wooden handle. The knife is associated with (2017.108.23.29b). The knife blade is rusty and is mostly uniformly in width, tapering to the knife point. On one side, there is a wide nail nick, just below the knife spine, near the point. The body of the handle is roughly carved and barrel-shaped. The butt of the knife is rounded.
- 2017.108.23.29b: A leather sheath for a knife (2017.108.23.29a). The leather sheath knife-shaped and is constructed from a single piece of chestnut brown leather. The leather has been folded over and single stitched closed with white thread along the seam and reinforced with four (4) metal rivets. Back of the sheath has two (2) belt bucket slits. Between the slits is a fragment of a white paper, adhesive label that reads, [H[O?]MEMAD[E?] / KNIFE / [---?]ADAPTED].
