Description
A metal rod attached to a metal plate. The rod is thin, long, and has a rounded shaft. It has threading at the top with nuts capping both sides of the threaded portion. A thin metal wire wraps around the threading and the nut just below the plate. Also below the metal wire and nut is a white painted rectangle with black hand painted text that reads [R651 B]. The metal plate is constructed from a single piece of flat metal with squared edges shaped into two scallops with a flattened, center area in between with a drilled hole. The rod has been threaded through the hole at the center of the plate. Painted on the top of one of the scalloped sides of the plate is a white rectangle with hand painted black text that reads [R651 A].
