Description
French stereoscope that is comprised of a wooden box with glass eyepieces and metal hardware. Above the black edged lenses is a metal plaque that reads, [76 / UNIS-FRANCE / 3 / STEROSCOPES - PARIS]. Underneath the lenses, a semi-circle is cut out of the wood for the viewer's nose. A metal turn is on the proper right of the stereoscope. A long thin rectangle is cut out to allow the metal hinge to be moved up and down. This opens the back of the stereoscope. The back door of the stereoscope is glass with wooden borders attached to the main body by a metal hinge at the bottom.
