- Description
- A color photograph of Lusia Harris playing basketball for Delta State. Harris is pictured in left profile at the center of the image, jumping higher than her opponent just behind her, with the ball at the tip of her outstretched proper right hand. She wears a white jersey, dark green shorts, and white knee high socks with green stripes. Her opponent is dressed in a bright blue uniform jersey and shorts. A referee is right in front of the jumping pair, and Harris’s Delta teammate, number [35], is standing next to the referee with her back to the viewer. Behind the referee is a member of the opposing team, number [11], is a standing looking up at Harris. The audience can be seen sitting on bleachers on the far side of the court. A poster behind the audience is partially visible. The visible part of the poster reads [DELTA].
