Description
A documentary film with the title Long Shadows. It consists of two (2) reels of color 16mm polyester film with optical sound.
The documentary explores the enduring effects of the American Civil War in various facets of life, including politics, civil rights, foreign policy, economics etc. Some of the individuals featured are President Jimmy Carter, Robert Traynham Coles, John Hope Franklin, Robert Penn Warren, Tom Wicker, and several other prominent Americans.
