- Description
- Spats from Ain't Misbehavin' costume ensemble for Act II worn by André De Shields in the Broadway Revival in 1988. The spats are burgundy colored and each have five disco ball type rhinestone buttons on the outer side. Written on the inner lining of both spats is the inscription, [ANDRE / PERSONAL]. The spats are lined with white linen and have an outer edge of black along the top and bottom. The elastic band on the bottom of each of the spats has failed and is stretched past its usual point.
