- A spiral bound reporter’s bound notebook owned by Jim Vance. The notebooks has a white cover with black text. At the top of the cover is “REPORTER’S NOTEBOOK / CARNET DE JOURNALISTE.” Additional text on the front regards maker and manufacturing details. Fourteen pages of handwritten notes in black ink are on the inside of the notebook. The notes refer to the 2012 Democratic National Convention. The majority of notes refer to people’s reactions and events leading up to President Barack Obama’s nomination acceptance speech. Printed on the back cover of the notebook is “Earthwise / AMPAD.”
