The broadside reads [Public Sale / Will be sold to the highest bidder for cash on hand, on / Tuesday the 14th day of June, / At Robard's & Curd's Store, about 3 miles from the mouth of Dick's river, Mercer county, Six or Eight likely NEGROES, to satisfy a decree or judgment of the Jessamine circuit court]. It was issued by [BEN. BRADSHAW, Exe'r. of B. BRADSHAW, Dec'd. and Agent for Curd's Heirs] and dated [June 6th 1836.].
