Description
This letter was written in Old Calabar, Nigeria by King Eyamba V to Captain William Turner in Liverpool, England. The relationship between Eyamba and Captain Turner developed as a result of the British banned slave trade. The letter or note only indicates and addresser and addressee, and is dated February 24th 1842.
