- A clear, acrylic Black History Tribute award presented by Delta Air Lines, to Eugene Harmond, Delta Air Lines' first Black male flight attendant.
- Mounted on a circular base, the rectangular award has an asymmetric top edge and features a design of a clear sphere mounted inside a circular hole within a white field of clear stars. At top right is [2016 / Black History / Tribute] and at center is [DELTA] with the Delta widget logo on one side and the Sky Team logo on the other, followed by [First African American / Male Flight Attendant / EUGENE / HARMOND / Atlanta, GA / 43 Years of Service / EST. 1973]. Another white field of stars is across the bottom of the award.
