Captured seated in studio against a pale background, Casey Grant poses in a quarter-turn to the viewer. She wears studded earrings, a dark-colored turtleneck shirt, and a white sweater. Her Delta stewardess wings insignia pin is centered at the top of her chest. On the reverse of the photograph in black ink is an inscription that reads: [28 / L174 / 23273 / 2-1-1971 / GRADUATION / PICTURE / 2-1-1971].
