- Architectural House Plan and Plumbing Template owned by John Chase. The tan template has black printed text and cut out areas in various shapes. The plastic is partially transparent and has rounded corners. There are sections labeled with dimensions including for drink fountains, sink, lavatories, and ranges. There is a graphic for the degrees in a roof pitch. At the bottom, printed text in the center reads [HOUSE PLAN & PLUMBING TEMPLATE]. To the left of this is [HANDY] and on the right is [NO. 150]. There is some ink staining on the template. The reverse is blank, with the printed text visible through the plastic.
