- Description
- A black-and-white photograph of a person sleeping outside of a store by Eli Reed. In the foreground center is a makeshift bed composed of blankets and pillows on the tile floor. On top of the bed, the shape of a person and a plaid garment is just visible underneath a dark colored blanket with a white flower pattern. To the right of frame is a shopping cart filled with items. To the left is a tall white framed mirror which reflects the bedding and cart. Behind the bedding, the brightly lit interior of a home goods store is visible through a large plate glass window. Inside the store is a large mattress with with the top inclined and a large teddy bear resting in the middle. There is a tall plant next to a mattress which is resting vertically against a wall. There are two (2) easels in the room with the signs turned away from the window. The photograph is matted.
