- Description
- A black-and-white photograph of Disc Jockey Bill “Hawk” Hawkins standing at a microphone. Hawkins is depicted from the thighs up, turned slightly away from the viewer, towards the left edge of the photograph. He is wearing a medium-toned suit, white collared shirt, and a dark patterned tie. He is smiling and looking down at a piece of paper in his proper right hand. His proper left arm is at his side, with his elbow bent, and his forearm and hand extended at a right angle at check height. In front of him is a silver tone microphone stand with a microphone flag at the top, that reads [WSRS]. The white acoustic wall panel behind Hawkins has five bands of small perforations along the top half and there is a small vent behind him. The photograph has a white border and a portrait orientation. The back of the photograph is white and plain. There is a vertically oriented, black ink stamp in the top left corner that reads [227H].
