The short animated film, I, Destini tells the story of having an incarcerated brother from Destini Riley’s perspective (at the time she was 14). The film is a collaboration between her and filmmaker Nicholas Pilarski. Frame animations are the products of a series of creative workshops between Nicholas Pilarksi and the Rileys.

A black-and-white archival process photograph of Carlos Riley having his blood pressure taken. Wearing a striped shirt with the sleeves rolled up, he sits on a bed with a patterned sheet. The inflatable cuff of a sphygmomanometer can be seen around his proper left arm. The arm of another person who is out of the frame can be seen touching the electronic part of the device.
