There is a long indentation on either side of the kickboard, leaving the center area raised. There is a piece of grey tape going down the center of the kickboard. There are drawings on the kickboard in several locations. There is a red sun, a green alligator, a pink and blue donut, a black fish, black clouds, and small red and green fish. The outline of the kickboard was also traced in black marker.
The back of the kickboard has diagonal indented lines at the top and two longer vertical indentations near the bottom. There is a black outline from where a piece of tape used to be. There is some deterioration from where the tape used to be. There is a red drawing of a hot air balloon.
