- Description
- The collar for a Cleopatra ballet costume worn by Lauren Anderson for the Houston Ballet Company. The collar is a deep red color with metallic red threads. There is a shiny gold appliqué on the collar in varying shapes, including loops and swirls. There are several openings in the appliqué where the red base can be seen. In each of the areas of red there is a pearl attached. The inside of the collar is black mesh. There is a piece of metallic gold mesh with a wider weave attached at the back. There is a black hook and eye clasp to fasten the collar.
