- A letter from the Securities Realization Company regarding potential legal action against the Birth of a Race Photoplay Corporation for what the letter refers to as "nothing more or less than a gigantic swindling promotion" in its sale of stock. Letter is a single sheet folded once. Printed black ink on white paper. The bottom third of the second page of the letter is a form for tearing away and sending back to the company - perforation is completely torn. There are no marks on the back.
