- Description
- A black and white gelatin photograph of a young woman getting dressed. Captured in the daytime, Antigua and Barbuda, 1964, an unidentified dark-haired woman adjusts the fit of her bustier slip. There are several bracelets around her proper left wrist, and one on her proper right wrist. She is flanked by an open doorway to the left and a window to the right, beyond which is significant tropical foliage.A large bright patterned cloth hangs folded halfway across the window’s frame. On verso is the artist’s name in graphite [Hugh Bell] and a paper sticker that reads: [LEGACY / 312].
