- Description
- A burgundy and black Persian lamb coat worn by Reverend Ike. The coat is woven with a cockscomb texture. It has a wide collar with short lapels. The sleeve hems are finished with a roll and each have a single sleeve button. There are six, black, plastic, front buttons with three on either side of the opening at the center. The coat also has two side pockets lined with black velvet. The back of the coat has a fourteen inch back vent at the bottom center back seam. The interior of the coat is lined with silk with an irregular red and black checkerboard pattern. Attached to the undercollar is a small, gold, coat hanging chain. Sewn to the front of the interior left breast pocket is a white silk label with black embroidered text on it that reads [Leighton's / NEW YORK]. Sewn above the left breast pocket are three small, square, embroidered black patches with gold monogram letters that read [I K E].
