Description
A Fruit of Islam size 42 tall, wool and polyester uniform jacket. The navy blue jacket has white embroidered trim at the collar and white bands of ribbon at the wrists. The jacket has a high collar and four (4) front pockets: two (2) at the breast and two (2) at the waist. Over the left breast pocket is a dark blue patch with white letters that read [W.F.M.]. There are five (5) blue plastic buttons sewn down the front, two (2) on the left cuff, and one (1) on the right cuff. On both shoulders are red patches. Each patch has the Nation of Islam logo: a white crescent moon and star in the center and four white stars in the corners. The jacket lining is faded blue. There are interior pockets at the breasts. The right interior pocket closes with a blue plastic button. Stitched to the interior left lapel pocket is a blue, rectangular manufacturer’s label with a white embroidered rectangular frame. Inside the frame is white embroidered text that reads [F.O.I. UNIFORM / Made exclusively for registered / members of The Nation of Islam / Fashahnn / Chicago, Illinois]. Stitched to the inside of the interior pocket is a white care tag with black printed text printed on the front that reads [TALLA 42L / 65% WOOL / 35% POLYESTER / LINING 100% ACETATE / RN 113991 / DRY CLEAN ONLY / IRON STEAN[sic] / NO BLEACH / MADE IN GUATEMALA]. The back of the jacket is plain.
