- Description
- A six-channel sound mixing console manufactured by Ampeg and owned by Pete Cosey. Console has black and white facade with worn black fabric across top and silver-tone knobs with numerically graduated indicators. Front panel has rows to control reverb, treble, bass, and volume, as well as a column with master reverb, antifeedback hi band, antifeedback lo band, and master volume. Six columns of four knobs each control the different channels. First channel has duct tape over name plate, but channels two through six are named in handwritten print from left to right: [BASS], [SNARE TOP / HIGH HAT], [BASS DRUM], [guitar], and [celleste]. Along front of console, lined up with channel columns, are input jacks. Right side of console has black handle for carrying. Left side of console has metal feet for storing on its side. Back of console has accessory panel. Accessory panel has jack for footswitch and in/out jacks for extension amplifier, master patch, external echo, master multiple. Accessory panel also has line cord, power outlet, reverb lock lever, and speaker jacks. Serial number on back panel is 57325.
