- Description
- A screen print in black ink on light brown paper. Depicted in the negative space of the light brown paper is a line illustration of a figure seated with head bent, elbows on knees, and a syringe in their proper left hand. At center, their belt buckle reads “NO HOPE IN DOPE,” and veins are visible in their hands and arms. In the upper left corner is written [GENOCIDE / SERIES / NO. 1] and across the shoulders of the figure is the title of the piece, [Noddin’ Our Liberation Away!]. Along the left side is [Pan African Artist Dana C. Chandler Jr. Boston]. There are no marks or inscription on the verso.
