- Description
- A silver gelatin print depicting a black-and-white image of Benny, a member of the Savage Nomads street gang, holding up the back of the gang leather jacket with both hands while sitting on a wheelchair. The jacket reaches down past his knees. The back of the jacket has three patches: [SAVAGE] / [an iron cross with a skull wearing horns] / [NOMADS]. Benny wears a dark color long-sleeved shirt and light color pants. He wears a flower-patterned bandana on his head. The background is a white wall with vegetation in the left lower corner.
- There are no inscriptions on the front of the print. The back of the print is marked with the photographer’s signature, inscriptions, and a label related to the Puerto Rican Diaspora Documentary Project.
