Description
A periwinkle blue crepe shift dress designed by Tahari Arthur S. Levine and worn by Stacey Abrams on election night 2018 during her Georgia gubernatorial campaign. The dress is knee-length, with three-quarter sleeves and a high envelope collar with a black, teardrop-shaped button. The back has an exposed center metal zipper closure.
