- Description
- A black-and-white photograph of Kamoinge Workshop member, Al Fennar, captured by Anthony Barboza. The close-up portrait depicts Fennar from the neck up. He is facing the viewer, his eyes are closed, and he is smiling widely. He is wearing a dark tone dress shirt with thin, light stripes and a medium tone knit cap. The proper left side of his face is in shadow.
- Beneath the image in the bottom left corner is the title, year, and edition number handwritten in black ink that reads [Al Fennar 1972 1/5]. In the bottom right corner is photographer’s signature in black ink that reads [A. Barboza].
- The verso of the photograph has a handwritten inscription and photographer’s signature written in black ink just above the center: [Kamoinge 1972 / 1st set of 5 / printed on Hahnemuhle / Feb 2018 / Anthony Barboza].
