It opens with Professor Celeste Finney providing opening remarks before turning the microphone over to interim president Dr. Jose Adames. After his remarks, Professor Finney again returns to the podium and introduces the program's moderator, Professor Maureen Ellis Davis, who in turn introduces the panelists. They include Judge Sandra Ann Robinson, Lynne Harwell Algrant, and Dr. Ursula Parrish Daniels. After the panel discussion, the moderator opens the conversation to question and answers from the audience.
