- Description
- This is the “Angular pin” designed and created by Art Smith. At the highest point of the pin, a wire of copper (left) and a wire of brass (right) are soldered together. The copper wire is bent three times, under and over the brass wire. The brass piece is bent six times over and under the brass wire. The ends of the two wires meet in the middle of the pin over the bent wires and are flattened to be laid side-by-side. On the back is a silver metal rod and clasps. The pin has one hallmark on the backside of one of the copper curves, Smith’s signature [Art Smith].
