Description
An invitation to The Design Diaspora International Symposium, "A 7-hour Design Program to Conceptualize an International Center for the African Diaspora" at the South Shore Cultural Center in Chicago, Illinois presented by The Chicago Athenaeum: The Museum of Architecture and Design, the Design Diaspora, and Art in Public Places, Inc. The program is open to the general public and specifically invites students, architects, landscape architects, artists, teachers, and business professionals. The invitation also includes information and and RSVP number for the opening receptions for the exhibition "Design Diaspora: Black Architects and International Architecture 1970-1990."
