Obama’s proper left side of the face and background are highlighted in red and the proper right side of his face and background are blue/grey highlighted in white. He is looking slightly up and into the distance. Obama is flanked on the left by the Capitol building against a blue background and flanked on the right by the White House with a red background. A red “V” with a white stripe in the middle is at the bottom center. Between the V is the U.S. presidential inauguration seal with the year 2009.
