- Description
- A presentation box for a set of twenty-six characters for the Twist typeface designed by Sonya Clark. The square shaped, handmade presentation box is entirely covered in solid black, woven fabric. The box’s hinged top cover features a gold leaf graphic design resembling twisted curls of hair at the top center of the cover. Below the graphic is the name of the typeface, [twist], also printed in gold leaf text. The sides and bottom of the box are plain. The interior of the box is also covered in the same black fabric as the exterior. A protective, hinged, boarded leaf covers the set of twenty-six, letterpress metal type for the Twist typeface (2023.77.1) and folds opens with a small, black, ribbon tab.
- The type is nestled side-by-side within four horizontal recesses inside the presentation box
