- Description
- A black and white offset lithograph titled “Lincoln” by Charles White. The lithograph is a detailed portrait of President Abraham Lincoln. The portrait captures an older Lincoln from the neck up, against a solid white background. He is wearing a white shirt with a white bowtie. The artist’s signature is to the right of the bowtie, handwritten in black ink: [CHARLES / WHITE ‘52]. At the front, right bottom corner in black text is [VI], marking it as the sixth of six lithographs from the portfolio “Charles White: Six Drawings” printed by Masses & Mainstream, Inc.
