Description
Track and field warm-up suit worn by Isabelle Daniels.
The quarter-zip sweatshirt (2023.96.6a) is navy blue. It has a cutaway collar, which has wider collar points that are angled outwards instead of pointing down. There is a golden colored metal zipper which stars at the center of the collar and extends down several inches. The letters [U.S.A.] are sewn across the chest and are red with white outlines. The zipper goes through the letter [S]. There are straight, no flap pockets on either side of the jacket below the lettering. Thick red bands are around the bottom of the jacket and the bottom of each sleeve. Each band has two thinner white stripes going around them. There is a white, red, and black manufacturer’s label inside the jacket at the back of the neckline. It reads [Wilson / SPORTS EQUIPMENT / MADE IN U.S.A. / WILSON / SPORTING GOODS CO. / 34B +1” +1”]. The back of the jacket is blank.
The sweatpants (2023.96.6b) are navy blue with a ruched elastic waistband. There is a white and red stripe going down the side of each pant leg. A gold-colored metal zipper on each pant leg runs from the knee to the bottom of each pant leg. There is a white, red, and black manufacturer’s label inside the pants at the back of the waistband. It reads [Wilson / SPORTS EQUIPMENT / MADE IN U.S.A. / WILSON / SPORTING GOODS CO.]. A white label on the proper right side of the manufacturer’s label has a black [26] on it.
