The pentagonal top of the bottle opener has three, interior, flattened tabs, at the top and the sides, that are designed to remove to bottle caps. The triangular bottle opener handle has been flattened and stamped with text on both sides. Text on one side reads [MILLER BREWING COMPANY] and [MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN].
