White boxer shorts worn by Herman Wallace while incarcerated at Elayn Hunt Correctional Center in Louisiana.
On the interior of the boxer shorts is a wide piece of dark blue painter’s tape with handwriting that reads: [Included these because / this label is interesting]. Near the blue tape is sewn a small white paper size tag, which reads: [MADE IN U.S.A. / BY LDPS & C / PRISON / ENTERPRISES].
