- A Marine Corps Expeditionary streamer owned by General Colin L. Powell. This forked lengthy rayon battle streamer was awarded to General Powell for his leadership in United States military operations during his time as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The streamer is designed with double-sided horizontal colors featuring a red threaded border, gold background, and center dark red stripe. A brass grommet hole for hanging is positioned at the center top end of the streamer. There are no additional details on the reverse of the streamer.
