- A Joint Meritorious Unit Award streamer owned by General Colin L. Powell. This forked lengthy rayon battle streamer was awarded to General Powell for his leadership of United States military operations during his time as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The streamer is designed with double-sided horizontal colors featuring a medium blue background and border with thin red stripe down the white center. There is one bright yellow stripe dividing the blue background on each side of the streamer’s center. A brass grommet hole for hanging is positioned at the center top end of the streamer. There are no additional details on the reverse of the streamer.
