- A Navy Unit Commendation streamer owned by General Colin L. Powell. This forked lengthy rayon battle streamer was awarded to General Powell for his leadership of United States military operations during his time as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The streamer is designed with double-sided horizontal colors featuring a narrow navy-blue border and wide dark green center stripe. On each side of the center stripe are thin stripes of red and yellow. A brass grommet hole for hanging is positioned at the center top end of the streamer. There are no additional details on the reverse of the streamer.
