- Description
- A Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation streamer owned by General Colin L. Powell. This forked lengthy rayon battle streamer was awarded to General Powell for his leadership of United States military operations during his time as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The streamer is designed with double-sided horizontal colors featuring a wide dark green border stripe with one red center stripe. On each side of the center stripe there is one group of a three-stripe gold-navy blue-gold order. A brass grommet hole for hanging is positioned at the center top end of the streamer. There are no additional details on the reverse of the streamer.
