The United States burial flag of General Colin L. Powell, given by the United States Armed Forces to Alma J. Powell, November 5, 2021. Following the tradition of US military burials, this tightly folded flag was presented to General Powell’s wife, Alma J. Powell near or at the conclusion of General Colin Powell’s burial ceremony by General Mark Milley, 20th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
