- Description
- A framed photograph of General Colin L. Powell and President Barack Obama. This photograph (a) captures General Powell and President Obama seated at a black metal patio table, dining outdoors. Both men wear white shirts, neckties, dark trousers, and black shoes. They are surrounded by a thick and low stone wall, beyond which is a dense setting of lush green tree leaves. Pockets of sunlight illuminate areas of the grey square slate tiles of the patio they are seated on. There is an empty white placemat on the table on front of President Obama. There are two plates of food on the white placemat in front of General Powell who has his proper right arm up while speaking. The photograph (a) is set behind a black bordered white square window mat and housed inside of a mahogany brown, deep set, wooden frame (b).
