- This United States Marine Corps seal was presented to General Colin Powell during his tenure as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (1989-1993). It was part of a presentation case that included fifteen streamers, seven seals, and an engraved metal plaque that reads, in part, "Presented to General Colin L. Powell ... with respect and admiration from the men and women of the United States Armed Forces."

- A multicolored metal seal of the United States Marine Corps, owned by General Colin L. Powell. The large round enamel face of this emblem/seal features the traditional scarlet red of the Marine Corps. A brass eagle with outstretched wings is perched on a horizontally lined white globe that depicts the Western hemisphere. In the eagle’s beak is a white ribbon with the Marine Corp motto, "SEMPER FIDELIS” (Latin for "Always Faithful"), inscribed in black. Knotted white rope and a large brass ship anchor are superimposed by the globe. The globe is surrounded by a bronze band with black enamel and the engraved words "UNITED STATES / MARINE CORPS”. The outermost of the emblem is bordered by a wreath of white, black, and red enamel over golden bronze.
