Description
One (1) Army ribbon rack with one row of three (3) foreign service ribbons in gold color frames worn by General Colin L. Powell. This gold framed row of square ribbons, from left to right, includes the Valorous Unit Award, the Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation, and the Republic of Vietnam Civil Actions Medal Unit Citation. When worn on the Army Service uniform jacket, the rack is attached to the same area of the proper left chest above the breast pocket.
