- These four-star shoulder marks were worn by General Colin Powell. Powell was promoted to four-star general in April 1989 and served as the Commander in Chief of Forces Command (FORSCOM) at Fort McPherson in Georgia.
- Description
- Two (2) pairs (ab and cd) of 4-Star cloth shoulder marks worn by General Colin L. Powell. These right (a, c) and left (b, d) pairs of General insignia shoulder marks are constructed of cotton and polyester and feature four embroidered white stars. A thin gold stripe is embroidered at one end.
