- One (1) pair of U.S. Army Colonel subdued insignia pins worn by Colin L. Powell. The black metal pins depict the American eagle with outspread wings bearing the U.S. flag shield on its chest and clutching arrows and olive leaf in its talons. On the reverse the pin has two brass-colored metal backings.
