- Description
- One (1) U.S. Army Ranger dress metal miniature tab worn by General Colin L. Powell. The tab has a black enamel face with brass colored border and the word “RANGER” at its center. On the reverse are two backings. When worn on the Army Service uniform or combat the fatigues, the color or subdued cloth patch is attached to the top of the proper left shoulder head. The miniature dress metal tab is worn on the Army dress mess uniform.
