- Description
- One (1) U.S. Army Officer’s cap device worn by General Colin L. Powell. This is the universal cap device in lieu of branch insignia for enlisted personnel. The device features a gold-colored disk with thirteen (13) stars at its top and a gilt depiction of the Great Seal of the United States (the Coat of Arms of the United States). When worn on the Army officer cap the device is attached through to the eyelet on the front of the service cap.
