Description
One (1) U.S. Army Quartermaster enlisted insignia pin owned by General Colin L. Powell. This dark brass insignia depicts an eagle with outspread wings perched on a wheel with 13 stars, 13 spokes, and a sword crossed with a key – the hilt and bow facing upward. When worn by enlisted Army servicemembers, the insignia is worn attached to the collar.
