- Description
- One (1) Secretary of State lapel pin worn by General Colin L. Powell. The square metal pin features a dark blue enamel face on which are four white enamel stars and gold lettering at the top and bottom that read “SECRETARY OF STATE / COLIN POWELL”. In the middle is a circle of white enamel and a colorful Great Seal of the United States. The reverse of the pin has an engraving of General Powell’s signature “C.L.Powell” and one brass color backing.
