Description
One (1) pair of America's Promise cuff links (a,b) worn by General Colin L. Powell. This small metal cuff link is in the shape of a child’s red pull wagon, which is the emblem of General Powell’s youth-focused organization, America’s Promise. The link features red enamel or paint over the wagon bed, white and black painted wheels, and a lowered silver metal handle.
